Christine's Connection
Christine's (right) mom, Patricia, was diagnosed with stage IV rectal cancer at 61 in May of 2000.
”My mom unfortunately was never screened. Her only symptom was when she noticed blood in the toilet & that is what sent her to the doctor.”
About a year later, Christine lost her mom the weekend of Mother’s Day in 2001.
Today Christine spreads awareness of the disease by volunteering for Fight CRC on a weekly basis.
