Care Sequence tear pads

Cancer treatment is complex with many moving parts - help your patients understand and engage in their treatment with Care Sequence tear pads.

Care Sequences include information about cancer, a care checklist, and a graphic chart outlining the timing and sequence of care, as well as useful links to sources of trusted information. All information follows NCCN guidelines and is updated as needed.

Care Sequences outline systemic therapy, chemoradiation, and metastatic disease treatment. Each tear pad contains 25 sheets, and three tear pads (one for each of the three sequences mentioned above) are included in each order.
